2026.10.17 – Confidential update for Blindata shareholders

How to register

1. Send an e-mail to
   shareholder@blindata.eu
   with the subject:
   Shareholder update registration
2. In the e-mail, include:
   • your full name, or your company name;
   • the e-mail address where you would like to receive the update;
   • the sentence: “I wish to receive the confidential Blindata shareholder update.”
3. Attach proof cthat you are a shareholder, for example:
   • a custody or portfolio statement from your bank, or a screenshot from your online banking;
   • or a share certificate or purchase confirmation.

   The proof only needs to show:

   • your name;
   • the Blindata security, with ISIN GB00B438GB19 or Valor 11787173;
   • the date;
   • Please black out all other details, such as account number, balance and other holdings. We do not need them.
4. You will receive a confirmation once we have checked your details. From then on, you will receive every new edition of the update.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “Unsubscribe” to any update or by writing to
shareholder@blindata.eu.

Confidentiality

The update is not public and is intended for shareholders only. Please do not forward or publish it.

Data protection

We use your data only to verify your shareholding and send you the update. The proof you send us is deleted immediately after verification. We keep only your name, e-mail and the verification date for as long as you remain registered. We do not share your data with anyone.
